We hope that you love your new FourFour Co products. However, if you buy one and decide it’s not for you, return it for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Below are frequently asked questions to help you navigate your return. It is easy, we promise!

What Items Can I Return/Exchange?

For online orders in the U.S., we accept items in new condition for a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 15 days of the shipping date. All face masks, gift cards, and items marked 'Final Sale' are non-returnable.

How Much Does it Cost to Return an Item in the United States?

Return shipping is free for returns within the U.S.

How Long Do I Have to Return an Item?

You have 15 days from the ship date to have your return postmarked to the carrier on your label. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

Please note that FourFour Co monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Can I Exchange an Item from My Order?

Of course! If you want to swap an item for a new color, you can create an exchange easily in our return portal.

Sale items are not eligible for exchange. Please only send returns using our return labels so that we can track your items. We cannot refund a lost return sent using a method other than our return labels.

How Do I Create a Return or Exchange?

To create a return or exchange:

  1. Go to your FourFour Co account login
  2. Select Return
  3. Provide a reason/explanation
  4. Confirm your return and click "Request Return".
  5. Print your return label and drop it off at your local shipping station

When Will I Get My Refund? 

Once we receive your return request, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed by the FourFour Co team. We are a small team and greatly appreciate your patience handling your returns. It could take 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

Please note that your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We will email you when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
